So I have to say that I don't usually listen to fortune cookies and I am sure a lot of people don't...until it says something that gets you interested. Then you pray and hope that it is telling you the truth and sometimes I think it is just fun to think about how in the world it relates to my life. Well I read both my horoscope and four fortune cookies and I couldn't help but make them relate to my life. My horoscope told me that between August 15 and 19 I'd have a money parade and that's when I am going to visit my grandma and she will treat me to whatever I want. And then there are my forune cookies. When I first read them, I just knew it related to me. Call me crazy but I just strung them together and they made sense. I would take a journey, I would get good advice from an old friend, I shouldn't forget where I am going and where I've been-sounds like your typical fortune doesn't it? But my life is in desparate need of an adventure and I don't mean a Matrix remake or something, I just need to do something with my life. I need to do what I want to do. And what is it that I want to do? Model. Some people doubt me, but most encourage me. I don't understand why some would doubt me. Is it because I am not like those cutsie stuck up chicks I have known since the sixth grade? I don't know since I won't know everyones standards of beauty, but it is people like them who drive you to outsmart them and become successful. One thing I do know is that in the end, there is nothing like going home and being with someone you know will always know who you are, no matter what you wear, where you go, or what you do. So i still get on my knees and pray that those fortunes mean something for me during this month. I just don't want to go back to the ways things are right now. I want to be excited and when something exciting does happen, you know I'll tell you. ;)
